Diving in the North East and Southern Scotland
Some of the best diving in the UK is to be had in this part of the word. The 'dank North Sea' is a real myth and I have the photographs to prove it ! There are many sites, some rarely frequented, others well known and extremely popular, especially at bank holidays and sunny calm weekends. The most famous, probably, is the St Abbs area of South East Scotland.
The annual underwater photography Splash In is a regular meeting point and all-round pilgrimage for many UK based photographers. This event held most years in support of the local Vonutary Marine Reserve brings divers, photographers and the public together
